I am a seeker. My seeking is rooted in the desire to understand and get free from my own suffering. As I take more responsibility for my life, I wake up to deeper and deeper opportunities for freedom and growth.

I find the most healing experiences of my life happen when I feel witnessed, connected and curious about what is happening in the moment for me.

My dharma, my deepest desire, is to create these types of transformative spaces for myself and others.

For over 20 years, following my own drive to heal has led me to develop deep roots in yoga philosophy, clinical psychology, expressive arts, ancestral healing, nature as medicine and somatic wisdom. All of these rivers of knowledge feed the space I hold for others, creating a deeply rooted, experiential container for growth and healing.
